Henry Deacon Hillier is the name the artist Henry Hillier Parker signed
on his Scottish paintings to avoid contractual obligations he had with
the gallery that sold his Henry H. Parker paintings. I did some
research on the subject a few years ago and contacted Robert Mitchell,
of the Bank House Gallery in Norwich England, who told me the story.
