The following was submitted by the artist in May of 2006:
Born on September 14, 1948 in Carmel, New York.
I spent most of my life growing up on Long Island where my father worked as an engineer for Grumman Aviation.
My passion surfaced early and as a young child, I spent hours drawing birds and copying images from magazines. As the passion continued and I started bringing home ribbons from school and county art fairs my parents arranged for private oil painting (showing 500 of 5456 characters). |
