Anthony Clark, A-One (1964-2001)
Born in New York City, he was interested in painting and drawing at a young age but refused special schooling as he always regarded the street to be his school. He cites his interest in architecture as a big influence on his art. Inspired by his friend Jean-Michel Basquiat, A-One ebcame one of the youngest artists ever to participate in the Venice Biennale.
A-One died in Paris, France in 2001.
