Frederick William Baldwin (1899-1984)
Born at Lowestoft, Suffolk on 17 March 1899, son of William Baldwin, a bricklayer, and his wife Clara née Hubbard, who married at Lowestoft in 1898. A self-taught pencil, pen and watercolour artist. He exhibited at the Royal Academy and the Royal Society of British Artists in 1934 from Westhall, Suffolk. He died in 1984.
