After his studies from 1927 to 1935, Jeno Benedek exhibited regularly and became a professor at the college of "Beaux Arts et des Arts Decoratifs".
He is classified among the artists belonging to Socialist Realism. He painted common activities and landscapes. Several of his works can be found in the Hungarian National Gallery.
