Ku, Fu-sheng (1935-)
Born in Shanghai, China in 1935, the family moved to Taiwan in 1948, where he was an original member of the Fifth Moon Group. He subsequently moved to Paris, France, in 1961 and New York City in 1963. After a stay in Chicago, he moved to San Francisco where he served as Art Director and Vice President of Strawberry Hill Press.
