| Born in Massachusetts in February 1831. Mann studied art in Paris for several yearsbefore moving to southern California in 1891. She conducted the Riverside Art School in 1893-96, and by 1908 had taught at Mills College. Member: Artists League of Southern California (founder, 1893). Exhibited: Bryson Bldg (Los Angeles), 1891.
