The following biography, submitted March 2009, is from the artist:
I was born in Vernon, TX on August 7, 1945 and grew up in Wichita Falls, TX, where I graduated from High School in 1963. I married Mary Hinsley in 1963. I attended college at Midwestern University in Wichita Falls, TX and at North Texas State University in Denton, TX, where I earned a BA in 1968.
I painted as a hobby until 1998 when I started painting full time. To fuel my new passion, (showing 500 of 2004 characters). |
