Born in Russia in 1974, Pauker graduated from Yekaterinburg College of Art in 1990. He subsequently traveled to several destinations around the world and earned a second art degree in Europe. He paints varied subjects from locations all over the world applying thick impasto, using the palette knife.
He is making his home in Tel Aviv, Israel and has had solo exhibitions at the Museum of Ramat Gan, the Cultural Center of Natanya, and galleries in Tel Aviv. He received a First Prize at the Leningrad International Symposium of Art.
