| Karl Marx Chenoweth (1913 - 2007) An Indiana painter, he studied at the John Herron Art Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana. He taught painting and sculpture at the Indianapolis Art League and Marion College. Chenoweth was an illustrator, calligrapher, and advertising art director in the 1940's - 1950's.
