| Melba Nelson Daily was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on October 23, 1899. About 1919 Melba married attorney Allan Daily and settled in Glendale where she worked in commercial art into the 1940s. Her name was Pierce at the time of her death in Ventura, CA on February 26, 1994.
