| Loretta Mary Frances Caesar was born in San Francisco, CA on Nov. 12, 1858. Caesar painted oils of still lifes of fruit as well as mythical and romantic subjects. A spinster, she died in her native city on July 25, 1930. She was the sister of artist Rose Caesar.
