Stanley Futerman (1925-2010)
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Lived and worked in Queens, New York. Involved in creating the Queens Area Mural Project.
Studied under Philip Evergood and Moses Soyer at The Contemporary School of Art in Brooklyn. Later studied with Ben Shahn, Max Beckman and Gabor Petardi at The Brooklyn Museum of Art.
