MAXINE HAYT (b. January 3, 1937)
Painter and sculptor. Did her undergraduate work at Syracuse and Columbia Universities, (1956-1959). Continued her graduate work at Columbia University (1959-60 and 1977-79).
Her early works were highly detailed, large format pencil drawings of New York City "bums" and the elderly, many of whom were origi (showing 500 of 4291 characters). |
