Jeff Foti was born in Elizabeth, NJ on August 14, 1956 to Alma and Ted Foti. He is the younger of Alma and Ted’s two boys. Mr. Foti has always been enthused about art and even as a child he spent most of his time drawing. Mr. Foti continued to draw and paint through the years of his young adult life until he developed his own unique style of painting.
He is what is known as an outsider artist because he has no formal training and is self taught. Art is his (showing 500 of 2383 characters). |
