This biography from the Archives of AskART:
|  Orrin Draver, a landscape painter identified with Richmond, Indiana, was born in Nebraska in 1895, moving to Indiana as a boy. He worked in his father's milling machine business until 1932, when his father died. He sold the company and thereafter devoted himself entirely to painting. His Chicago, Illinois dealer was J. W. Young. He also showed at Aronoff's Galleries and Closson's in Cincinnati, Ohio. Draver died in 1964.
