| From Monroe, Louisiana, and born in Jackson Parrish, Louisiana, Frank Kelley paints in a wide range of styles from abstraction to Realism to Impressionism. He depicts landscapes and figures from the jazz world.
He was a business major at Grambling State University in Louisiana and became involved in an art program in college. There Dr. James Shane was a major influence on his future career. He credits a major boon to his career at a one-man show in 1999 at the Schepis Museum in Columbia, Louisiana. |
