Biography: Written by Lou Bonamarte the artist:
Lou Bonamarte was born in New London, Connecticut, a deep river port, in 1933. He spent many years roaming the piers and shoreline not far from his home, sketching and painting in watercolor. He graduated from high school and received the Dr. Lena award for excellence in art.
In 1953 he volunteered for the draft and served two years in the U.S. Army (showing 500 of 2592 characters). |
