Painter. Born in Trayer, IA on May 19, 1881.
Georgia came to California in a covered wagon in 1883 and settled in Pomona where her father established the first bank. Artistically inclined at an early age, she was never without a sketch pad. After graduating from Pomona College and her marriage to Dr. Roy Thomas in 1907, she moved to Phoenix.
She returned to Los Angeles in the early 1920s and settled in Hancock Park. She studied locally with Paul Sample with whom she becam (showing 500 of 1024 characters). |
