Bertram Hartman was an American painter who was born in Junction City, Kansas on April 18, 1882. He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, and at theRoyal Academy in Munich and Paris. He was a member of the Chicago Society of Artists, National Society of Mural Painters, American Society of Painters, Sculptors and Gravers; and American Water Color Society.
