| Neil Paulino lives in rural New Jersey and paints detailed images of country buildings, streetscenes and commonplace objects. Paulino, a watercolorist, spends several hundred hours on each painting first, drawing accurate detailed "road maps" then painting layers of dry pigment to achieve his realistic paintings.
Neil Paulino is a graduate of the DuCret School of Art in Plainfield, New Jersey. His work is shown in galleries in New Jersey and New England.
