| Bio obtained from the SJSU School of Art and design
Teaches: History of Photography, Alternative Photo-Media, Contemporary Issues, and other undergraduate and graduate level courses.
Brian Taylor was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1954, and received his B.A. Degree in Visual Arts from the University of California at San Diego, an M.A. from Stanford University, and his M.F.A. from the University of New Mexico. Brian's work has been exhibited nationally and abroad, and is in the permanent collections of the Bibliotheque Nationale, Paris, the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and the Center for Creative Photography in Arizona. He is currently a professor of art and design at San Jose State University. |
