Pete Alvarado was an artist who worked for Western, where he illustrated comics for Disney, Warner and Hanna-Barbera* characters. He illustrated various Disney characters until the 1980s, including the comic adaptation of 'The Rescuers'. From 1987 to 1990 he drew the 'Donald Duck' daily and Sunday page comic strip. As for the Warner characters, Alvarado the illustrator for most of the early 'Road Runner' comics.
Alvarado also illustrated the 'Roy Rogers' comic from 1948 to 1951. In (showing 500 of 878 characters). |
