Biography from Agra Art S.A.:
Tadeusz Styka – Polish painter.  His first teacher and father, Jan Styka, proud of son’s talent, was sending his paintings to exhibitions since 1900.

Tadeusz studied in Paris.  He realized sketches for the „Battle of Grunwald” panorama (not executed) together with his father.  From 1929 on he lived in the USA.

He painted genre scenes, animals, nudes, but above all he painted portraits of famous people („Portrait of Pola Negri”, Portrait of I.J.Paderewski” – both at the National Museum in Warsaw).  He also painted symbolic and religious scenes, frequently together with his younger brother Adam.
