The following is submitted by Michel Goeldlin, relative of the artist, September 2003.
Born 8 December 1874, on 87th Street, in New York City, Julian Clarence Levi was the son of Albert A. and Henrietta Meyer Levi, aunt of my grand-mother Irma Asiel Bloomingdale.
Levi was an architect and painter (I have two watercolors by him) and lived across the Avenue from the new Madison Square Garden, He has been described as having a radiant personality and a short, discreet man speaking (showing 500 of 1230 characters). |
