Note from Debra Long:
Karl Witkowski had a print done of the "Little Sweethearts". It was for a promotional done by an old company, N. K. Fairbank, who made Fairy soap. You will notice that the crate that the little girl is sitting on says "Fairy". The back of the prints tells all the information about other prints available. The information claims that these a good quality and would cost $1000. 00 elsewhere, but for the "oval fronts" off of their soap you could get them, plus 4cents in stamps. The copyright is 1901, and the other artists who are offered number fourteen. Antonio Torres, J. Wells Chamney, Maud Humphrey, and C. Van Lemputten are a few of them.
