|  Cecil Chichester, 1891-1963, was a landscapist, floral painter and illustrator. His Willow Valley Near Woodstock, oil on canvas, 30 x 50, is a realistic, somewhat illustrational scene. In the 1930s, Chichester was an illustrator of the Pierce Arrow Roadster automobile company.
