Chester L. Dodge was a painter and designer. He graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1902. He was a member of the Providence Art Club, the Providence Watercolor Club, and the South County Art Association.
His work is located at: Coventry Police Station: 1. Wall mural--map of Coventry, 1792-1941 (1942) ; This is on a wall of the former council chambers of the town hall
