Born in Newark, New Jersey, Edmond Casarella receive a BFA degree from Cooper Union and also studied at a the Brooklyn Museum Art School. From 1956-60, he was Instructor of Graphics at the Brooklyn Museum School and from 1963-70 taught at Cooper Union.
He has also been a guest instructor at a number of East Coast schools including Yale University and Rutgers. He lives in Englewood, New Jersey.
