Maximilian Aurel Reinitz Rasko (1883-1961)
Maximilian Rasko was born in 1883 in Budapest, Hungary. He studied at the Royal Academy in Munich, Germany, the Dresden Academy of Design and Painting in Transylvania, the Normal School in Budapest, the Académie Julian in Paris, The Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, and the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome.
Rasko was a portrait painter, teacher, lecturer, and graphic artist. He was a member of the Audubon Artists, where he exhibited (showing 500 of 1359 characters). |
