| | Living in Los Angeles, California, she became widely known for her portraits and paintings of semi-nude dancing girls. In 1950, she had a solo exhibit in Chicago. A native of California, she was named for the celebrated Madame Nordica. She was trained for a stage career as a Spanish dancer and traveled extensively thoughout the world. In Los Angeles, she served as President of the Professional Artists' Guild. |
