|  Watercolorist Marc Moon was born in Middletown, Ohio in 1923. After attending the Applied Art Academy in Akron he later became an instructor and eventually owner of the Academy.
Moon has won numerous national and international awards for his paintings. He is a member of the Salmagundi Club, the Hudson Valley Artists, and the Society for Painting in Casein.
