Watercolor Landscape/Howell Wilson
My husband bought a small landscape signed Howell Wilson, about 10 years ago at an estate/house auction in Lower Bucks County, PA. An artist friend of ours told us it was a PA impressionist-style. We are pleased to have it, and would like to know more about the artist.
