My Father-in-Law had just passed away, and in going through his items we came across letters of PFC Clayton Rippey to his Mom and Dad during WWII. We thought that Mr. Rippey would like these letters but we don't know how to get in touch with him... Please give him my email address and we'll find out where we can send these letters to him or his family.
More information on Clayton Rippey
Clayton Rippey was a very good friend of my father, the late William Larson Sr., and now considered one of my dearest friends. Our family inherited my Dad's art collection that largely consists of the finest works of art by Clayton Rippey. I've created a web site dedicated in loving memory to our father. You are invited to visit our web site to view Clayton Rippey's amazing works of art as well as Clayton's extensive biography. Please note that our original intent was to sell these works of art when creating this web site, but have recently distributed the art collection amongst our family in order to keep it in the family as our father would have wanted. With that, this art collection is no longer "for sale" and the web site is simply for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!

Rippey painting circa 1959
Purchased a painting from show held in Los Angeles, CA. in 1960 or 61. Large acrylic, green tones. Man from Queterra. Wondering if anyone knows of other acrylics by him?
I have an original Clayton Rippey mural of a Cathedral in Europe that my father commissioned his friend, Mr. Rippey, to paint for my mother back in the late 50's early 60's. Both Mr. Rippey and my father taught at Bakersfield Jr. College at the time. This is a one of a kind painting. My mother passed away and the painting was passed onto to the children. Does anyone know how I can get a value placed on this painting. Better yet I'd love to put my father back in contact with Mr. Rippey if an e-mail address, etc could be provided. My e-mail is email@example.com
I had the pleasure of working with Clayton back in the early to mid 80,s, Over three or four years we printed some limited edition prints of his. He was one of the most interesting people I had ever met. Very friendly.I enjoyed being involved in the three prints we did for him. Especially the summer retreat.
