I've always loved art, especially beautiful pieces, but i have not collected anything so far. I have just come across an artist's name Dan Toigo and i was wondering if anybody knows about him. What is his work like.

I came across a canvas 24" wide by 36" in height. It is an oil but looks l
And applided to the canvas and sulacked. It's great condition. It is signed on bottom right hand corner. The picture is on a wall inside of an old home with a oil lamp, old phone and half a picture of Pres. Lincoln. If you know of this please reply. Thank you, Kelly
