Perillo lithographs pen and ink from the 70s. I don't wish to sell them, but I have a blackfoot and a Sioux. I don't see many like these. Can you give me a ballpark what they may be worth? Thanks.

Art work from 1962 from Staten Island I have two paintings of toreodors painted in 1962. I have never seen any other subjects by this artist. It was painted as a gift from my husband for the birth of our son. Does anyone know of any other matching subject matter?

help The Weaver, The Chinook, The First Explorers and The Impact. I have signed prints of the above art by Gregory Perillo. They were given to me by the sales representative for Funk and Wagnall's encyclopedia. My recollection is that they were used as illustrations in the encyclopedia. The prints are signed and dated in the very early 1980s. Can someone help me identify these prints and their origin. Thank you Les Scott

"The Baby Sitter" By Artist Gregory Perillo My story is familiar with the other discussions. I am the executor to my mother's estate and came across a framed limited edition Print of "The Baby Sitter" signed by Gregory Perillo and 233/3000 editions. It is very difficult to establish a value of this print as very little information is out there concerning this print. Can you help??

How can I reach Mr. Perillo My mother collected several plates in the Perillo collection. My mom passed last year. I would like to find out how I can replace a broken plate that was signed by the artist. It fell fromk the wall and broke the plate, the frame and glass cover. He signed the plate and it means a lot to me. It is Chief Crazy Horse 5th issue. Chieftain series. Plate # 5243. Thank you. Jeff

Perillo 48x24 print My grandparents passed away and I was given a large horse print that I know nothing about. It appears to be a 48x24 print that is adhered on plywood with a wooden frame. It's signed Perillo (same signature as Gregory Perillo) but I can't seem to find the image online, so I have nothing to compare for research.
It's an image of four horses running through the grass. I can't imagine that it would be worth much, but I would love to know more about it. Are any of you familiar with this print? When I research prints, most are lithography and nothing mentions them being on plywood. It looks store made, not home applied to the plywood.
Thank you for any information you may have. Linda

Danbury Mint Native American Dolls by Perillo I have come into an extensive collection of some very beautiful Native American dolls designed by Perillo and sold by Danbury mint. One of the first ones is Brave and Free, along with several others. I have all of the certificates, complete with serial numbers. Where would I have to go to find out how much these dolls are worth? And since the certificates were packed separately from the dolls, I need to know if the serial number would be found on the doll itself in order to place the proper certificate with the proper doll. This is of vital importance because I inherited them from my Mother, who was a collector of these dolls. Any help you can give me would be very helpful. Thank you.

Perillo I have come across a nice painting signed Perillo of a Native American. It is a full face portrait of a middleaged man with a single feather who is wearing what appears to be a fur collared coat that is perhaps, leather. It has a C28 sticker on the back. I have searched many Perillo sites and related Indian Chief paintings and pictures. It seems that subject of the painting might be Chief Sitting Bull but I would appreciate a confirmation of the identity of the subject of the painting from a knowlegeable source. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
The painting is oil on canvas and about 16" by 26" with a nice frame. If pictures are desired, I would be happy to supply them.

Perillo origional Art works I met Gregory Perillo in the 70's(maybe) He produced a one man show in Mason Mich at "Doc" Budds Katalpa Horse Farm..Both Budds families purchased many origionals as they recognised that potential. "Doc" & his lovely wife are still friends, with "GREG" (as she calls him) and I have remained close to the Budd families. I cherish the kodack color photos we took that night,,I look forward to seeing Gregory Perillo in the future, He actually inspired me (as an artist) to do a portrait of a relative in a leopard coat...companion piece a mama leopard in matching frame. His wonderful pieces have been a source of my inspiration for decades..

Perillo oil paintings Original signed oil paintings by Gregory Perillo are definitely worth money. Go to e-bay and you will find two of his paintings presently for sale for more than $15,000. As for the lithograph Peaceable Kingdom", it is only available on the secondary market so price is pretty much based on how much an individual is willing to spend for it. I am a huge Perillo fan and own this lithograph along with several others, including "Maria" and "Tender Love" and personally would never sell any of them because they are so beautiful and have been giving me joy for more than 30 years but that's me.

Untitled Chief Oil approx. 12 X 16 I've had my painting looked at by several people and it is authentic. You have to be persistant in your search. Unfortunately until now there hasn't been a lot of auctions carrying his works. But I just received email from AskArt telling me that there were results. You have to be a paying subscriber to get the information, but even if it's for one day it's worth the cost. My painting unfortunately has some damage that I would like to have repaired. I would love to have Mr. Perillo repair it himself, but haven't gotten the correct address to write him or phone him. Any info or guidance would be appreciated. Always glad to discuss his work.

black & white plates I recently acquired 4 plates, with Perillo signed under the portrait. These are beautiful Native Americans. I believe they are all chiefs. The plates look like Lenox, bone in color, with the Gold edge. The portraits are Black, no color at all. I can't find any others like them online. On the back of the plates, in marker- it looks like- they are marked Proof 1-B through 4-B. Does anyone know anything about plates like these? I can email pictures if it helps. Thank You.

untitled Perillo Painting---undated---but appears very old---possibly a ver I have tried for sometime to get my painting authenticated. Talked to 2 major galleries and still have been unable to get it authenticated. Unless it is worth their effort, you get tossed aside. I am responding mainly because Stephanie mentioned the appearance of ff after the signature. My painting has this as well----however if you look closely you will realize that it is actually an arrow drawn from the "O" in Perillo. I have not seen this ever mentioned about one of his works before. I wish someone would at least give an address for Mr. Perillo or at least let us know how we can contact him. I had a lead from a sight about a yr. ago and supposedly they were going to review my photos and get back to me, but I have not heard anything since. This sight was suppose to represent him and the sale of his works. Someone out there has got to have information. Mr. Perillo is up in years and I would hate to have the possibility of authentication to be lost. Thanks for any leads!!!

Gregory Perillo Art We own two 16" by 20" original oil paintings by Gregory Perillo that we purchased directly from Gregory in his Staten Island studio in 1982. They are entitled "Mary Leaf" and "White Beaver."
We also have an 15" by 18" artist proof of a Siux plate.
We would be most appreciative if we can be told how to assess the value of this wonderful art.
Thank you.

Oil painting In the early 60's, Mr. Perillo's brother had a photo studio in Port Richmond on Forest Ave. which is on Staten Island where I was born. He told me of his soon to be famous brother, Gregorhy, and talked me into having my portrait done in oil as a present for my mother. It still hangs in her living room and I'm so glad I had it done all those years ago.
