"Nancy" is the cousin of my wife. While visiting her this past weekend she showed us a photo of the painting and I am just interested in knowing where the painting may be at this time. Nancy also showed us drawings that Henry had done of her and her husband John in 1955. Nancy said that Henry used a lot of the military community in Mass at that time as subjects. He would pay them with drawings or other works. Henry did a drawing of John that he later told them was the best drawing he had ever done. It is a wonderful drawing. It is exciting to me to have some small connection to such a wonderful subject as Nancy and of course her friend Henry.
