earlier record of Morning After the Resurrection I may have found a reference to the painting "Morning after the Resurrection" It is perhaps the same paintings listed in records of the Boston Athenaeum as owned by a S.B. Thompson. this would be back in the 1850s but perhaps will help your search. It could be a study for a later work?

Robert Walter Weir I am searching for a painting by Robert Walter Weir titled, "Morning After the Resurrection". The painting originally hung in the chancel of old St. Clements Church on Amity Street in Manhattan. The last record of this painting indicates that it was in storage with J.R. lamb & Co. and was offered to them to cover back storage bills, after the Amity street church was condemned by the City in 1910. There is a Tiffany window in St. Clements Memorial Church in St. Paul, MN. modeled after this painting. That church was built by the wife of St. Clements NYC's first rector, the Rev. Theodore A. Eaton.
