Cleaning successful... there is now blue in the sky, white in the cows and varieted greens in the pasture.

Henry Singleton Bisbing
I have some of Bisbing's work. The family said that he won the French Legion of Honor and was buried with the medal. Can anyone confirm this or let me know how to find this information?
