NEW Art Book will include Lyonel Feininger N.Y. Times bestselling authors Les and Sue Fox are doing research for a new book titled "The Art Buyers Handbook" to be published in 2011 or 2012. This book will feature stories of real people who bought valuable art at garage sales, flea markets, local auctions and estate sales. Did you know that a masterpiece by Joseph Decker ("Ripening Pears") was bought at a garage sale in 2001 for $5, and sold to the National Gallery Of Art in 2004...for $1,000,000? If you or someone you know has purchased a genuine painting by Lyonel Feininger for a fraction of its AskArt value, we would like to publish your story in our book. Your name will be kept confidential, unless you want us to publish it. The facts must be verified, and we will need photos of your painting (original oil or watercolor, not a print, lithograph or limited edition.) Thank you. Les Fox.
