Biggers shapes
Why did Biggers have many murals of abstarct geometric shapes?

i would need to see the 2 images you are refering to, but the short is probably that the early image was probably influeced by his north carolina upbringing and the change of style after his visit to africa was a result of a new personal knowlege of self worth and orgin he gained. i have 2 books which will shed further light
