Requesting info on whereabout of painting. The female is my late mother, Zilpha Nelson of Provincetown, MA. The clam diggers name is John Caton, also of Provincetown. I have the news article, dtd. 1/7/39, re: exhibit in Illinois. Thank you.

Miller was my famous uncle
Richard E. Miller was my Uncle. He painted in Paris around the turn of the century. He was awarded membership in the French National Academy for his impressionist artworks. He also painted some famous murals in the Missouri State Capital in Jefferson City, Mo.
