Norma Murray (Islieb)
Hello Robert, I am sorry to say my dad has passed and I know he loved your work and valued your friendship. I have the prints and one painting you did of my Dad's dogs. I was wondering if you had more works of his hunting dogs? Dad had Gunstock Kennels in Shelton, Ct.. I also love your works and look forward to hearing from you. I now live on Cape Cod. Sincerely, Norma
Help with Print name
I have a Bob Abbett numbered print of a black lab sitting in the field. Any ideas how to find the name of this print?
My company is proud to represent this artist - if you have any questions I am happy to help.
Robert K. Abbett composed the original art used on many paperback book covers for a period of time ending in around 1970.

We knew Bob and his wife Marilyn when we all lived in Wilton, Connecticut. At that time Ed was an art instructor and sculptor who deeply appreciated Bob's talents painting illustrations for several magazines. Fortunately, we have original Christmas cards produced by Bob in the 1950s. A fine artist and a wife with a beautiful voice who sang with Jean in a local church choir.
Would love to make contact again just to say "Hello and Best Wishes" from Mesa, Arizona where we now live.
