"Welcome News" print by Enoch Perry
I have a print of the "Welcome News" by Enoch Woods Perry. Upon magnification it appears to be a raised type of charcoal, graphite or ??? print. It has 1888 dated on the print by his signature. It is in excellent condition. What is the significance of the raised charcoal? Is this probably stamped? How do you tell if the print is worth $$$ ?
