In 6/61 I purchased a watercolor by R. Tabuena in Mexico City which was hanging in the Hilton Hotel. It is a man with hat on holding what appears to be a hoe. I was told it was the gardener of the artist. How do I go about getting an appraisal on it? I do not wish to sell, but would to have a value on it.
