Page 119 of Wet Tech. I have done this painting three times. I can't get what you get. How do you keep the wet paper flat so the color doesn't run. Step three doesn't look wet. My Red runs. So how long do you work wet?

The Passing of Arthur J. Barbour The wonderful artist, Arthur J. Barbour died on March 12 2006. He was sick for many years. He will be missed greatly. However, he will live on in our hearts, and in his wonderful works of art.
