Robert Pearson's Texas Blue Bonnets.
I work for a lady and she has this oil signed and dated 1941 and has additional info hand written in pencil on the back of this @ 26x24 Oil. It is his work...we would like to know a value for insurence purposes...she had no idea that it held any value, her aunt left it to her...

BUFFALO ORIGINAL BY PEARSON
Looking for info. on orig. Robert Pearson oil bought (date?) by my grandparents who lived in Wichita, KS, then Oklahoma City between 1930 and 1975. Scene is 3 buffalo grazing in yellow grassy field, blustery sky. Image of 4th buffalo, evidently painted over, is now bleeding through. I inherited painting and remember seeing it in their house as early as 1950.
