Robert Musil
grand nephew of Ida Teed
I am a great great grand nephew of Ida Teed. I have some of her paintings, travel logues and a number of photographs of her. Also pictures of her parents, sisters. She traveled to europe in 1921, painted many places, traveled mostly around the medeterranian. I have a photograph of her with her class of students in 1888 in Boil Heights, a part of Los Angeles, Cal.

David Hollombe
years in California
Miss Teed did not live continuously in California after 1887. She left in 1890 and did not return to live in California until 1921. During much of the intervening years she worked in the New York City Public School System.
