I have a print of Mr Upton and child in an original 1929 frame. It is by veritone corp chicago. It's a lovely sir thomas lawrence print and I was looking for more information.

I have the same large portrait of Pinkie as Christopher, Carie and Elaine Hall. My painting is from my great grand parents. # on pack is 113 Pinkie by Lawrence, at the bottom of the portrait is a little plaque saying Pinkie and Lawrence. I was also wanted to know more about this portrait and value. The original is in Calif. at the Huntington Foundation with Blue Boy.

I have a portrait of the above. It is in a frame taped down at the back with thick cardboard. The title reads, Portrait of Lord Seaham as a Boy (afterwards Fifth Marquess of Londonderry)by Sir Thomas Lawrence, 1769 - 1830. Its very old, I think, but I dont know anything about art or artists. How do I go about getting it authenticated?

I recently received a Pinkie painting that was purchased at an estate sale. It is numbered 113 Pinkie by Lawrence. This is not a print, it is a large oil painting and the frame is old, maybe one hundred years or more. or older. Could anyone help or point me in the right direction of finding out more about the age/value of this painting.

I have a sir thomas lawrence what appears to be an original oil painting of Miss Murray. It has writing on the back of the plate stating it was done in 1825. Can anyone help me with information. It was sold at Christies in 1946 in New York.

I have a framed "Miss Murray" print by Sir Thomas Lawrence that has been in my family for several generations and I would like to know the value of it. It is an 8x10 print in a much larger frame. The frame itself is in great shape with a bit of ric-rac ribbon around the inside. Any help would be appreciated.

I own a Print of Pinkie signed in the lower right; Lawrence, in pencil. Written Pinkie; in the lower left, in pencil. Published by what appears to be Edward Gras; in script,in the upper left. Printed by Thomas Lawrence; in script, in the upper right. It appears that E.G.Co Inc.; are the Copywriters. It needs to be re-mounted on acid-free paper and fresh matting for the future. I would send it to the Pensylvania Art Conservatory to be cleaned and preserved. I would do it if it was rare enough, as it is expensive. Would anyone know how rare it is. I'm not that concerned about the value. I am more concerned about how rare it is. I enjoy saving art for historic reasons.

I have what I believe to be an original Sir Thomas Lawrence oil painting portrait. I cannot find a signature on it but there is a brass plate on the bottom of the frame that attributes it to him. I am hoping to locate someone that could authenticate it or at least officially get it attributed to him. One local dealer thought it was most likely an original by Sir Thomas Lawrence. I recently obtained an 11 x 14 print of Sir Thomas Lawrence' "Miss Murray". Obviously quite old and dirty but in good condition. There were no hints of when the print was done and I would like to know if anyone has any idea. It is on embossed card stock. Most prints for sale today are much larger.

I have a picture of a boy in a red jacket. The frame on the back is stamped #32 Lawrence Lord Seaham. The front of the frame has a metal item that says Sir Seaham Lawrence. I recently got it from my grandparents who have passed away. It was the only thing I could remember that they had in their house when I was growing up. The picture always intrigued me. What can anyone tell me about this photo? It appears to be a painting on canvas.

Unknown Portrait
We have a painting that has been in the family for several generations that has always been referred to as the "Joshua Reynolds". One of my ancestors was apparently an engraver to Sir Reynolds who live in south west England. A news article from the Daily Telegraph in 1901 is stuck on the back and likens it to a Sir Thomas Lawrence.
From my brief review over the internet of both artists, I tend to agree.
