Landscape Pastels
I have 2 pastels, probably pre 1930's. They were gifts to my Grandparents, could be even older. Dark cloudy skys, moving water in one, poplar trees, and a small white house with a red roof. Signature is in the bottom right corner. Where can I find a sample of artist's signatures.

I have a large landscape that is done in chalk with "Chandler" in the bottom rt. corner as the artist. This is probably pre-30's...wedding gift to my parents. Did Helen Chandler ever sign this way and/or use chalk as her medium? Thank you. Mary
